Over the past 3-4 months, I have visited every tile shop within a 10 mile radius to choose both floor and wall tiles for 2 bathrooms. The best service and products by far, were provided by Essex Tile Design in Rayleigh.
If I visited the shop once, I must have visited at least half a dozen times. The guys in the store were always so very patient and extremely helpful, especially Rob, who even double checked our workings out to make sure we ordered the correct amount of tiles and made suggestions throughout our planning stage.
I was able to take samples of my chosen tiles home to try, without leaving a deposit, which I was asked to do at competitor stores. I was always greeted with first class service and assistance, even when I asked the most stupid of questions.
During the completion of one of our bathrooms, we had a problem with one of our tiles. The fault was by no means anything to do with the store themselves, it was more to do with the manufacture. As soon as I spoke to Rob, the problem was sorted with minimal inconvenience to myself and the job was completed.
I also had a great experience with the guys at the warehouse in Basildon, and the delivery guys could not be more helpful either. In fact, the service provided by both outlets, is in my view, second to none.
In my view, I would not even bother going anywhere else in the future, as for me, the service provided cannot be beaten. I have, and will be recommending Essex Tile Design to all of my family and friends and anyone else who will listen.

My wife and I have recently purchased tiles for both our bathrooms and cannot praise the overall experience provided via Essex Tile Design enough.
The guys who run the store in Rayleigh, in particular, Rob and Hilton, provide a first class service and could not be more helpful. We visited all the local tiles shops in the Rayleigh area and kept going back to Essex Tiles as their advice and guidance was the best. The quality of their products is also second to none.
Anyone looking for tiles should go there. I will be recommending to all of my friends and family and will definitely be going back there myself!

After trawling all the local tile outlets we visited Essex Tile Design and were amazed at the excellent choice they had . These guys really know their product and cannot praise them high enough . Great service , products and prices . Highly recommended .

Having previously visited several tile shops in Essex I bought all of the tiles for our new build from here. They had a great selection and were really helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
